Director of the National Legal Institute of Mongolia, KH.Erdem-Undrakh (Dr.Jur) and Scientific Secretary G.Davaanyam (LL.D.) welcomed Former German Minister ofJustice Prof.Herta Däubler-Gmelin on May 12, 2023. Also Member of the NHRC, D.Sunjid Assoc.Prof.Dr.Jur, Head of Administrative Department of the NLI E.Sarantsetseg(Ph.D.), Senior researcher of the NLI B.Tumendemberel(Ph.D.) also participated in the meeting. The parties exchanged views on the Amendment to the Constitution of Mongolia,
the control of the Constitutional Court, Independent Legal Research, its importance and gender equality.
