MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CENTER FOR ASIAN LEGAL EXCHANGE(CALE), NAGOYA UNIVERSITY OF JAPAN

Director of the National Legal Institute of Mongolia, KH.Erdem-Undrakh (Dr.Jur) and Scientific Secretary G.Davaanyam (LL.D.) welcomed Director of the Center for Asian Legal Exchange(CALE) for Nagoya University of Japan and Professor Murakami Masako, Professor Okochi Minori, and Professor Sato Fumito on March 21, 2023. The two organizations have actively cooperated within the framework of the "Academic Exchange Agreement since 2006. The parties exchanged views on expanding bilateral relations between the two organizations. In addition, the reform of Mongolian private law, the Integrated Legal Information System (www.legalinfo.mn) developed by the Institute and the implementation of the National Program for Improving Public Legal Education as well as “D-parliament” electronic system which aimed at ensuring public involvement in the legislative process were discussed in the meeting.
